ALL HOPE ABANDON, YE WHO ENTER HERE. Through me you go into a city of weeping; through me you go into eternal pain; through me you go amongst the lost people. Hope not ever to see Heaven. I have come to lead you to the other shore; into eternal darkness; into fire and into ice. Do not be afraid; our fate cannot be taken from us; it is a gift. - Inferno, Dante Alighieri.

First track Doomed Planet is a pretty straightforward affair, missing the intricacies of 777 and Obelisk. The tones throughout Hoof and Bone create more of an atmosphere, and welcome back the superb lead guitar work. Sorrow is a short composition, featuring acoustic and buzzsaw guitars along with a warm bass rumble - I wish it had been expanded into a full song, it could have been something really quite different and special from Goya. The EP finishes with a MM cover version. Master of Alchemy
